Few things are better than reading a good book, and I feel so lucky to be able to work in a world of words and stories every day. I love working with authors and helping them to fine-tune their writing and bring their stories to life.

I set up my proofreading business in 2020. Since then, I have worked with several publishers and many fiction authors.

I am an Intermediate Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP).
Interests
I grew up in Yorkshire, but after studying for a French and Spanish degree at the University of Hull I decided to make the move to the south of England. I now live in Surrey with my husband, two children and our cocker spaniel. I love baking, and travel and I’m always planning our next holiday. It’s also no surprise that I decided to become a proofreader as I have had a lifelong passion for reading and can easily spend hours curled up with a great book!
